Shipping Policy

All items are sent first class. Most orders are sent using Evri, be it Parcel or Letter sized parcels. We also use Evri First Class for our international postage, however, for our letter sized international parcels, we will use Royal Mail.

If you face any problems with the courier and not our service, we will help the best we can to amend any issues. If a refund is given for any postage that goes missing (This has only happened twice since 2021) all of our orders are covered for a total refund and we can have a new batch sent out almost instantly!
